If your current prescription is more than a year old, you will need a new prescription. To request and appointment for a new contact lens prescription you may either call our office to schedule your appointment or use or online appointment request form.
Please register below to order your contact lenses. It is recommended that you use internet explorer for your web browser when ordering.
If you order a year supply a 20% discount will be applied at check out. Please contact the office to determine if you are eligible for any manufacture rebates on your contact lenses order.
